trying out this Kapha diet. it’s pretty much the same foods that i eat now but more strict with the way they’re prepared and the fact that all prossessed foods are cut out. i know if i stick to it i’ll succeed more in getting fit and feeling healthier, so i’ll give it a go. i’m happy with what i’ve been eating, and the amounts i’ve been eating. also, i’m satisfied with how i’ve been with working out. i feel strong. for the past few days (that i’ve been consistent with my workout) i’ve felt sore every morning. i love it. i can actually feel the progress i’m making.
i also went to my first yoga class today and absolutely loved it. i was dripping with sweat half way threw the class… had to leave for a minute and get some water because i actually felt like i was going to pass out. but i finished the class and felt great after- entering the class with a light gray shirt and leaving with a dark grey one. that’s how i know i was doing work! i felt so strong in there, working every muscle with each pose.
tomorrow i’ll practice a few moves i learned today. my goal is to be able to do hand stand poses with out the help of a wall. i want to be and feel strong- have a strong core, arms, legs- body. i want to look strong, too.
all i can do is keep going, and improve.
wish me luck!
